Any actions related to assembly, adjustments and maintenance may be performed solely when the tool is not connected
to the mains. Unplug the tool!
Connection of the tool to the mains may be done only once the actions mentioned in the chapters above have been performed.
How to commence work and operate the tool
Assume a secure and stable posture.
Make sure the switch is set to 0.
Grab the handle and plug the tool.
Direct the outlet of the blower towards the surface to be heated.
Depending on the needs, set the selector to the adequate position.
The minimum acceptable distance between the outlet of the hot air gun blower and the surface to be processed is 25 mm.
NOTE! Do not ever obstruct the ventilation openings during work, since this restricts the air input to the tool, which may cause
overheating of the hot air gun, and damage it, and implies a risk of fire.
Having concluded the work set the switch to 0, unplug the hot air gun, place the tool on its support, and wait until it has cooled
down. When the tool is cool, proceed to maintenance and inspection.
Operation of the hot air gun

The switch has two operating positions. Depending on the needs, set the switch to an adequate position to obtain the parameters
indicated in the table.
YT-82292
The switch has three operating positions. When set to „I", the temperature of the hot air gun blow is the one indicated in the table
and it is not possible to obtain a different temperature. While set to „II" and „III" it is possible to adjust the temperature within the
range indicated in the table. Adjustments of temperature are made with the buttons located at the top of the enclosure. The button
indicated with „+" increases the temperature, and the one marked with „-" reduces the temperature. The currently set temperature
is approximately indicated with LEDs.

The switch has three operating positions. While set to „I", the temperature of the hot air gun blow is the one indicated in the table,
and it is not possible to obtain a different temperature. While set to „II" and „III", it is possible to adjust the temperature within the
range indicated in the table. Adjustments of temperature are made with the buttons located at the top of the enclosure. The button
indicated with „+" increases the temperature, and the one marked with „-" reduces the temperature. The currently set temperature
is indicated in the LCD.
EXAMPLES OF APPLICATION OF THE TOOL
Removal of old paints and varnishes
Thanks to the hot blast, the tool facilitates removal of thick layers of oil and resin paints from doors, windows, floors, wainscot,
furniture, etc. Use of terminals included in the set (triangular scraper, handles with nozzles placed on the tool's outlet, etc.) will
facilitate such tasks even more.
Soldering
The tool facilitates soldering copper pipes, water pipes, metal bases, etc. with tin alloy (60% Sn 40% Pb) or a special solder whose
melting temperature is 400 ºC. Thanks to the use of additional nozzles (round or square ones) it is possible to limit the heated
surface according to the needs.
Bonding
It is also possible to bond plastic elements using bonding straps for purposes related to repair of all kinds of plastic products.
However, such tasks are recommended to be performed by specialists.
Drying
The tool also facilitates fast drying of binding agents and car body putty, drying of paint samples, construction bonding before
placing muffling and sealing materials, drying of bonds and crevices in boatbuilding, drying of polyester putty.
Never use the tool to dry hair, cloths, etc.
Never direct the hot blast towards people or animals.
