Possible cause

The steamer has not heated up
sufficiently.
You have not pressed the steam trigger
fully.
The water level in the water tank is
too low.
The water tank is not in place.
You are holding the steamer upside
down, which makes it impossible for
the steamer to suck up water from the
water tank.
You are holding the steamer in
horizontal position to steam a garment
on a flat surface.
The water tank is not in place.
The steamer has not heated up
sufficiently.
Water is pumped to the steamer head
to be converted into steam.
There is a connection problem.
Solution
Let the steamer heat up for approx. 45 seconds
before using it.
Press the steam trigger fully.
Unplug the steamer and refill the water tank.
Insert the water tank properly.
Hold the steamer in upright position.
This steamer is designed to be used in upright
position on hanging garments. Do not use the
steamer in horizontal position or on garments
in horizontal position.
Insert the water tank properly.
Let the steamer heat up for approx. 45 seconds
before using it.
This is normal.
Check if the mains plug is inserted properly in
the wall socket and if the wall socket is working
properly.
