2.4 Installing
Group 1 (9 - 18 kg) - ISOFIX
Achtung!
Sollte, je nach Fahrzeugbauart, zwischen Rückenlehne und Kindersitz dennoch ein Spalt entstehen, nutzen
Sie nach Möglichkeit die Kopfstütze der Fahrzeugrückenlehne. Bringen Sie diese in deren unterste Position,
wodurch der Kindersitz dann an mindestens zwei Punkten die Rückbank berührt und damit zusätzlich
stabilisiert wird.
Warning!
Depending on the design and type of vehicle, there may be a small gap between the backrest of the vehicle
and the backrest of the child seat. In such case, if possible, use the headrest of the backseat. Bring the
headrest into the lowest possible position. This way the child seat will be contacting with the backrest at two
points at least, which adds and enhances stabilisation of the child seat.
Top Tether befestigen - Installing the Top Tether
Verbinden Sie den Top-Tether mit der am Fahrzeug dafür vorgesehenen Halterung. Je nach Fahrzeug können
die Befestigungsmöglichkeiten variieren (mehr Informationen finden Sie in der Gebrauchsanleitung Ihres
Fahrzeuges). Straffen Sie den Top Tether, bis der Indikator von „rot" auf „grün" wechselt.
Put the Top Tether into the connector of your vehicle. Depending on
the vehicle interior, the mounting options can vary (you will find more
information in the user manual of your car). Tighten the Top Tether till the
indicator turns from „red" to „green".
Wichtig:
Kindersitze der Gruppe 0 + 1 + 2 + 3
mit ISOFIX-System müssen durch einen dritten
Befestigungpunkt (Top Tether oder 3-Punkt-Gurt)
fixiert werden.

Adjusting the child seat in upright position
Betätigen sie den roten Hebel zum Verstellen der Sitzneigung (J) auf
der Unterseite des Kindersitzes und schieben Sie den Sitz in die hintere,
aufrechte Position (Abb. 30).
Grip the red lever (J) at the bottom of the child car seat and pull the seat
into it`s upright position (Fig. 30).

Drehen Sie den Sitz in Fahrtrichtung (Abb. 31).
Rotate the seat to forward dierection (Fig.31).

Installation of the ISOFIX-rails
1. Drücken Sie den ISOFIX Einstellknopf (W) und fahren Sie beide
verstellbaren Rastarme (Z) bis zu ihrer vollen Länge aus (Abb. 10).
2. Platzieren Sie den Kindersitz vorwärts gerichtet auf einem Rücksitz oder
Beifahrersitz ohne aktivem Frontairbag (Abb. 32).
3. Drücken Sie das ISOFIX-Interface in beide ISOFIX-Halterungen
des Fahrzeuges bis sie ein „Klicken" hören. Wenn der Indikator am
Einstellmechanismus (V) grün wird, sind die Verbindungen korrekt
eingerastet. Schieben Sie den Kindersitz anschließend soweit wie möglich
in Richtung Rückenlehne des Fahrzeugsitzes (Abb. 11, 12).
1. Press the ISOFIX release button (W) and push both ISOFIX adjustable
locking arms (Z) backward to the longest position (Fig. 10).
2. Place the child car seat on a backseat or passenger seat without active
front airbag in forward facing position (Fig. 32).
3. Insert the ISOFIX interface into both ISOFIX connectors of your
vehicle. If the indicator on release button base (V) will turn green, the
child seat is installed correctly. Then push the child seat backwards as far
as possible in the direction of the backrest of the car seat. (Fig. 11, 12)
Important:
Child seats of group 0 + 1 + 2 + 3 with
ISOFIX must be fixated with a third attachment point
(Top Tether or 3-point-safety-belt).
