the exchange of the components for those being incompatible with the current equipment of the
pedal-free bike, technical modification of the bike frame;
• common wear of rubber and plastic parts of the pedal-free bike (e.g. tyres, rims, saddle,
handlebars);
• mechanical damage - wear resulting from the common use of the pedal-free bike (e.g. defects
in varnish surface layer).
The seller's responsibility is to check all parts of the pedal-free bike for their functionality. The
manufacturer will not accept responsibility for any injuries, damage or failure resulting from the
faulty assembly or improper maintenance after the product is dispatched, i.e. by insufficient pre-
sale servicing at the seller.
NOTICE
The warranty certificate is a part of the product equipment of the respective type. Therefore, you
should, in your own interest, keep the certificate in a safe place.
