INSTALLATION

When installing the device, make sure there is no highly-inflammable
material (decoration articles, etc.) within a distance of min. 0.5 m.
The device can be installed in the wall or ceiling.

Attachment

Before attaching the device, make sure that the installation area can hold a minimum point load of 5 times
the device's weight.
The device must only be installed at a vibration-free, oscilation-free and fire-resistant location.
Please refer to the instructions under Operating Determinations.
The given minimum mounting depth must be kept.
Please note: The recessed luminaire must always be well-ventilated.
Procedure:
Select an installation spot for the luminaire. Cut an opening with the correct mounting dimensions at the
desired installation-spot.
Connect the luminaire and test the function before you fix the device at the installation-spot.
Secure the luminaire to the ceiling by placing it with its associated mounting tabs against the surface.

Connection with the mains

Connect the connection cable of the power-unit with the IN-socket. Plug the power unit into your outlet.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

We recommend a frequent cleaning of the device. Please use a soft lint-free and moistened cloth. Never use
alcohol or solvents!
There are no serviceable parts inside the device. Maintenance and service operations are only to be carried
out by authorized dealers.
Should you need any spare parts, please use genuine parts.
Should you have further questions, please contact your dealer.
