Tiling kitchens (see figure D)
First, establish the height at which the first row of tiles
should start. Use the levelling plate (10) to attach the
measuring tool vertically to the wall, so that the 90° laser
line indicates the bottom edge of the first row of tiles.
Tiling from edges (see figure E)
Place the measuring tool on the levelling plate (10) on
the edge so that one of the levelling plate's (11) side
notches is positioned right on the edge. The 0° laser line
should run parallel to an edge. The 90° laser line now
marks the bottom row of tiles.

Keep the measuring tool clean at all times.
Never immerse the measuring tool in water or other li-
quids.
Wipe off any dirt using a damp, soft cloth. Do not use any
detergents or solvents.
The areas around the outlet aperture of the laser in par-
ticular should be cleaned on a regular basis. Make sure
to check for lint when doing this.
Only store and transport the measuring tool in the pro-
tective pouch (12).
If the measuring tool needs to be repaired, send it off in
the protective pouch (12).
