To interrupt defrosting manually and switch to normal mode, proceed as follows:
Press and hold the DEFROST button for 6 seconds until a beep
sounds. Both indicator lights are on and the unit returns to normal
mode.
After 5-10 minutes, only the cooling indicator light will remain on,
indicating that the unit is back in normal cooling mode.
MECHANICAL THERMOSTAT
When the thermostat is set to OFF, the unit is off even if it is plugged into an electrical
outlet. Turn the thermostat clockwise to turn on the unit. The temperature can be adjusted
between MIN and MAX in 6 steps.
Automatic Defrosting
During automatic defrosting, the cooling capacity is reduced and the compressor goes
off. Automatic defrosting starts whenever it is necessary and continuously prevents ice
from building up inside the unit.
Note: We recommend that you do not operate the appliance for an extended period
of time with settings below 4°C (MAX) as this will cause the contents on the back
of the fridge to freeze. In addition, the cooling system is unnecessarily loaded and
energy consumption is excessively high.
