Descaling
Note
To maintain efficiency and extend the operat-

ing life of your steam iron station
avoid scale particles on your garments, this
unit is equipped with a "Descaling" warning
indicator light P . This light flashes on the
control panel after about 100 minutes of
D
operating time.
When the descaling indicator
7
you can continue using your iron normally
but you need to remember to descale the unit
before using it the next time.
Caution
Do not use any descaling products! These
7
could damage the appliance.
Before descaling or emptying the unit, the
7
iron must cool down for more than 2 hours in
order to avoid the risk of burns.
1 P lace the cooled down steam iron on an even
surface.
2 R emove water tank

T urn the steam iron station
the water drainage screw
terclockwise.
4 F ill the steam station with ca. 0.5 L clean water
through opened water drainage
5 S crew in the water drainage screw again by
turning clockwise.
6 H old and shake the steam station at least 1
min.
7 S crew out water drainage screw and shake
the steam station while water drains out into
the sink.

Storage

period of time, please store it away carefully.
