removal of crust
the mineral substances, contained in town pipe water, may lead to formati-
on of a deposit on the inner surfaces of a kettle.
in order to remove the crust, pour 3 cups of white vinegar into the kettle and
pour additional water up to the maximal level mark. leave the kettle for a
night. do not boil!
drain the solution out of the kettle. wipe the nose of the kettle inside with
a soft napkin. fill the kettle with clean water, boil up and drain the water.
Repeat this procedure one more time, after that the kettle will be ready for
using again.
cleaning of the body
wipe the body of the kettle with a humid soft napkin, then wipe and polish
it with a dry napkin.
cautIon
in order to avoid damaging the surface of the kettle, do not use caustic
detergents, abrasive means and materials for cleaning.
cleaning of the filter
Open the lid and take the filter off, pulling it upward. wash the filter in a
warm water, using a soft detergent. then wash it with clean water and
dry it out.
cleaning of the plate, which covers the heating element
the kettle has a covered heating element, which does not suffer corrosion.
in some time crust in the form of stains, resembling rust, may form on the
plate, which covers the heating element. we draw your attention to the
fact, that it is not rust! the crust can be removed with special cleaning
substances. after cleaning with such means the kettle must be washed tho-
roughly with clean water.
