Using your Thuraya XT-PRO DUAL

Function Operation
Press and hold the
Keypad Lock/
To unlock press the right soft key followed by the
Unlock
within 3 seconds.
Long pressing the key from the home screen will switch
Silent Mode
between Silent and Normal mode.
Checking your
Go to Menu >

Long press of the key will switch between AutoText and
input mode Normal mode.

In case the XT-PRO DUAL is in an unknown language, go

Maintaining your Thuraya XT-PRO DUAL
Your phone needs to be in optimal working condition when you need it.
To ensure your phone is prepared for satellite use, a regular Thuraya
phone test provides you with peace of mind that ensures your phone is
working when it is needed:
● Test the satellite connection of your Thuraya phone regularly, especially if
you have not used it for some time: dial the free number
satellite mode from your Thuraya XT-PRO DUAL to test if it is working
properly (this number can only be accessed from Thuraya SIM cards).
● Charge the Thuraya XT-PRO DUAL's battery once a month to have the
phone ready when you need it.
● Check your subscription or credit balance regularly.
