15.1.5 Changing the battery

The battery compartment is located at the rear of the device. In order to remove the battery, first remove the
hand strap by simply unhooking it. Open the battery cover by releasing the lock. The cover can be opened
and the battery can be removed.
The battery can be easily inserted. In doing so, please ensure that you insert the battery in the direction of
the contacts at a slight angle. You can now put the cover back into place and engage the lock by lightly
pressing on the back part of the battery cover.

15.1.6 Status LEDs

The M160 mobile terminal status LEDs are described below.
Status LED is green:

15.1.7 Inserting and removing the mobile terminal into/from the docking station

Push the mobile terminal straight down when inserting it into the docking station. Pull the mobile terminal
straight up when removing it from the docking station.

The status LED is green if the device is switched on
or is just starting.
The status LED is flashing green (every 3 seconds)
if the device is in suspend mode.
