12. Enregistrement
A) Enregistrement
1. Appuyer sur la touche «REC» (15) pour commencer l'enregistrement. Le mode d'enregistrement doit être réglé sur
enregistrement en continu ou enregistrement sur déclenchement de mouvement ; prière de se reporter au chapitre 10.6.
2. Appuyer sur la touche «STOP» (16) pour arrêter l'enregistrement.
3. Le menu demandera un mot de passe. Entrer le mot de passe pour arrêter l'enregistrement.

8. Hardware setup

A) Hard disk connection

Do not open the hard disk compartment when the DVR is connected to the mains socket.
You can install one 8.9 cm (3.5") IDE hard disk of more than 200 GB to the DVR.
1. Make sure the compartment lock (12) is in open position.
2. Turn the compartment handle (14) carefully to the left and pull the hard disk compartment (13) out.
3. Refer to the hard disk's manual to set the hard disk jumper.
4. Connect the IDE plug and the 4-pin power plug to the hard disk. Pay attention to the correct connection of the IDE plug
(pin 1 of the ribbon is marked by a red strip, pin 1 on the hard disk is located alongside the 4-pin power socket).
5. Screw the 8.9 cm (3.5") IDE hard disk tightly on the hard disk compartment with the four provided screws. The mounting
holes are located at the bottom of the compartment.
6. Insert the hard disk compartment back into the slot, push it until fully engaged, and then turn the compartment
handle (14) to the right.
7. Lock the hard disk compartment with the key.
