Appliance installation

For the position of the screws required for the installation, see the
diagram in chapter "Specification".
Use rawl plugs suitable for the wall structure, as well as hexagon
screws or M8 threaded bolts with washers and nuts.
»
Mark out the two fixing holes for the mounting bracket on the
installation wall.
»
Drill the two holes in the wall.
When drilling, note that supply cables/water lines
!
and ducts may run in the wall.
»
Fit the rawl plugs and screws/bolts.
»
Insert the screws or nuts far enough into the wall to leave a gap
of approx. 10 mm between screw head/nut and the wall.
»
Hook the appliance with mounting bracket onto the screws/
bolts.
»
Observe the dry weight of the appliance. Subject to the size of the
appliance, two people may be needed to hook it onto the wall.
»
Align the cylinder vertically.
»
Tighten all screws/nuts.
10.1.3

Water connection

When making the water connection, observe these instructions
and country-specific standards and regulations.
If the water pressure is higher than 0.5 MPa (5 bar),
!
install a pressure reducer in the cold water inlet.
The water connection must be made as a sealed unvented system
(pressurised) to supply several draw-off points. Thoroughly flush
out the cold water line before connection to the cylinder, so that
no contamination gets into the cylinder or safety valve.
