Tips

• Use fresh fruit and vegetables, as they contain more juice. Pineapple, beetroots,
celery stalks, apples, cucumbers, carrots, spinach, melons, tomatoes, pomegranates,
oranges and grapes are particularly suitable to be juiced with the juice extractor.
• You do not have to peel the skin of fruits with thin skins. But fruits with thick skins,
such as orange, pineapples and raw beetroots, etc., need to be peeled before juicing.
• When you prepare apple juice, remember that the property of the apple juice depends
on the apple you use, the juicier the apple ,the thinner the juice. Please choose a kind
of apple that produces the type of juice you prefer.
• Apple juice turns brown very quickly , adding several drops of lemonade into it can
slow down this process.
• Fruits that contain starch, such as bananas, papayas, avocados, figs and mangoes
are not suitable for processing in the juice extractor. Rather, they are better processed
by using a food processor, blender or bar blender.
• Leaves and leaf stalks of, for example lettuce, can be processed in the juice extractor.
• Drink the juice immediately after you have extracted it. If it is exposed to air for some
time, the juice will lose its original flavor and nutritional value.
• To extract the maximum amount of juice, please always press down the push tube
slowly.
• The juicer is not suitable for processing very hard, fibrous or starchy fruits or
vegetables such as sugar cane.

Cleaning

Never use scouring pads, abrasive cleaning agents or aggressive liquids such as
alcohol, petrol or acetone to clean the appliance.
The appliance is easier to clean if you do so immediately after use.
1. Switch off the appliance, remove the plug from the wall socket and wait until the filter
has stopped rotating.
2. Remove the dirty parts from the motor unit, disassemble the appliance in the
following order:
• Remove the pulp container (fig.10);
• Remove the push tube;
• Open the safety clamp;
• Remove the lid
3. Remove the juice collector together with the filter (fig.9)
Remove the Pulp container.
4. Slide the foam separator into the juice cup and place the lid on the juice cup, in this
way ,the foam stays behind in the cup when you pour the juice .(fig.13)
