A) Attach the Front stabilizer (64) to the Front Main frame (27), securing with 2x Curve
washer (13) and 2x Domed nut (12). Do the same for the rear stabilizer (66).
B) Select a position for your exercise bike. Then adjust the adjustable knob (50). As
shown in the diagram below, making sure the knob is in contact with the floor tighten
with Nut (49) and the bike is stable. Pull the Spring knob (47) to adjust the distance
between the Front main frame (27) with Rear main frame (39)
