3. Make sure that the heads of the two wall plate bolts are recessed into the bolt
head holes on the back panel and then fasten the back panel to the wall using
suitable screws and wall plugs.
4. Fasten the solar wall light to the back panel using the two cap nuts. Make sure
that the power cable and the rubber seal between the back panel and the solar
light's wall plate are located correctly and are not crushed as the two parts are
joined together.
Solar cell
1. Use the solar cell's 3 screw holes to
mark the mounting location onto the wall.
2. Drill appropriately sized holes into
the wall and fasten the solar cell using
appropriate screws and wall plugs.
Operating instructions
•
The solar light's batteries are factory fitted (see the Batteries section below).
•
Set [AUTO/OFF] to OFF and let the batteries charge for two days before using
the light for the first time.
Function selector
•
AUTO – The light comes on when motion is detected at night/in the dark.
•
OFF – The wall light and PIR detector are turned off.
Lighting duration and light level required for activation
Lighting duration[TIME]
•
The duration the light comes on for after activation can be set to from 10 to 90 seconds.
•
The lighting time can be adjusted by turning the [TIME] screw towards + or –
respectively. Note: Each newly detected movement restarts the light timer from
the beginning again.
3. Angle the solar cell so that it can
catch as much sun as possible.
4. Join the cables from the solar light
and the solar cell toghether.
