Care and maintenance
Wipe the product using a soft damp cloth as and when
required. Never use solvents or abrasive cleaning agents.

Assembly
1. Push the ground stake (5) into the end of the tube which
has a plastic bush on the end.
2. The solar light can be used at one of two heights above
the ground.
•
For a height of 51 cm: Join together both the tubes (3)
using the coupling (4).
•
For a height of 32 cm: Just use one of the tubes (3).
3. Push the glass lens (2) firmly onto the tube (3).
4. There is an ON – OFF switch located on the underside
of the solar cell housing. Set the on-off switch to ON.
5. Hold the glass lens (2), place the solar cell housing (1) on top
of the glass and twist it clockwise until it has locked on.
6. Position the solar light in a suitable location in your garden
where there is plenty of sunlight.
Changing batteries
The rechargeable battery will eventually need to be replaced.
Loosen the two screws on the underside of the cover to access
the battery compartment. Only a rechargeable 3.2 V/650 mAh
lithium-ion battery (such as Li-Fe PO4) may be used.

This product should be disposed of in accordance with local
regulations. If you are unsure how to proceed, contact your
local authority.
