General Information

Before proceeding with installation, check that all prepara-
tory work has been completed; for details, please see the
relative pre-installation instructions.
GIVEN THE CONSIDERABLE WEIGHT OF SOME PARTS,
AND IN ORDER TO ENSURE CORRECT INSTALLATION,
THE SAUNA MUST BE INSTALLED BY AT LEAST 2-3
PERSONS.
ATTENTION: when moving glass panels, ONLY use suc-
tion lifters, suited to hold the weight of the glass pan-
els. Also use suitable protective gloves.
IMPORTANT: in countries where the 220-240V voltage
is supplied by a two-phase system (L+L), the connec-
tion must be made on the L1 and N terminals.
ATTENTION: the electrical box (to which the heater,
sensors, etc. are connected) and the control panel
must not be installed inside the sauna room.
Electrical connection of the steamer
(models with bio sauna)
The heater for these models is equipped with a steamer, whose
resistance must be connected by means of a separate cable to
the electrical box.
Be careful not to invert the conductors for the "Wb"
and "Wm" terminals: this would prevent the thermal
fuse from operating correctly, causing potential over-
heating and/or fire hazards!
Electrical connection of the temperature
and/or humidity sensors
Do not connect the sensors to the connectors indicated
with "RJ14" (see the wiring diagram)! This could dam-
age the electronic board and the sensors themselves.

Electrical safety

Mood is a safe appliance, manufactured according to EN 60335-
1, EN 60335-2-53 regulations and tested during production to
guarantee user safety.
Installation must be carried out by qualified and authorized
personnel, in compliance with the national provisions in force.
It is the installer's responsibility to select the mate-
rials, considering the way they will be used; to carry
out the installation correctly; and to verify the condi-
tion of the network to which the system will be con-
nected and its capability to ensure safety in mainte-
nance and inspection operations.
Class "1" appliances must be immutably connected, without
intermediate junctions, to the electrical mains and protection
circuit (ground system).
The building's electrical system and ground system
must be efficient and must conform to legal regula-
tions and specific national standards.
Where required, appropriate devices must be provid-
ed, which form part of the fixed system, and installed
in compliance with current legislation in force, with
the purpose of disconnecting the appliance from the
mains (see also "Electrical connections arrangement").
For connection to the electric mains, you will need to install
one or more isolating multi-pole switches, which will ensure
complete disconnection in the instance of a category III over vol-
tage; these devices must be connected to an area that complies
with the safety regulations governing bathroom safety.
Switches and electrical devices, according to regula-
tions, must be connected to areas out of the user's reach.
The installation of electrical devices and equipment (sock-
ets, switches, etc.) in the bathroom must be in compliance with
legal standards and regulations in the country where the ap-
pliance is installed.
In the case where the building's electrical system is not
able to provide a constant power supply, we recom-
mend installing a voltage regulator, suitable to provide
the required power, before installing the appliance.
To connect the building's electrical system, you must use a
cable protected with a sheath with characteristics not inferior to
H 07 RN-F and with a suitable cross section:

The building's electrical system must be equipped
with a 0.03 A differential switch.
The appliance is equipped with a LED lighting system in com-
pliance with Norm EN 62471, lamp classification group: exempt.
Do not look directly at the light using optical devices (bin-
oculars, cameras, magnifying glasses).
Do not connect other lighting systems.
