Important safeguards
To avoid damage or danger by improper use, these users'
instructions should be followed and carefully kept. If you give
the appliance to another person, also supply them with the
instruction for use.
Intended use: Intended use: This appliance is for mixing and
blending pieces of food. This appliance is intended for domestic
use only not for commercial use. Only use the appliance for
domestic purpose - the appliance is not suited for commercial
use. The safeguards must be followed closely and the appliance
has to be used in the way indicated in these instructions.
• C onnect this appliance to a plug which is wired according to
the regulations (230 V ~AC) only.
• B efore first use ensure that your mains voltage corresponds to
that stated on the rating plate of the appliance.
• R un the cable in a way that nobody can stumble over it or
pull on it.
• T ake care that the cable never comes into contact with sharp
edges and hot objects.
• N ever move the appliance by pulling the cord. Make sure
the cord cannot get caught in any way. Do not wind the cord
around the appliance and do not bend it. From time to time
check if the cord is damaged. In this case or if the appliance is
damaged it must not be used any more.

• A dditional protection may be obtained by fitting an
earth-leakage circuit-breaker (IF=30mA) into your home
installation. Please consult a qualified electrician.
•.. A n electric appliance is no toy! Never leave the appliance
unsupervised when in use.
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including
children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities,
or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance
by a person responsible for their safety.
• C hildren should be supervised to ensure that they do not play
with the appliance.
• E xplain to your children all risks which can be caused by
electric current:
- D anger caused by moving, rotating or sharp edged parts of
the appliance
- Danger caused by electric current
Keep the appliance at any time out of reach of children or
persons who can not handle electric appliances properly.
• D o not leave packaging components (plastic bags, cardboard,
polystyrene, etc.) within the reach of children - danger of
suffocation!
•.. C aution! Danger of electric shock! Appliance, cord and
plug should never get into contact with water or any other
liquids to avoid the risk of electric shock:
- n ever immerse the appliance, the cord or the plug in water or
any other liquid for any reason whatsoever
- t he cord should never get wet or get in contact with humid
things.
- n ever use the appliance near a sink, or bathtub to avoid danger
of falling into water.
Should it fall into water unplug immediately before taking it
out of the water.
- n ever touch the appliance with wet hands or standing on .
a wet ground
- never place the appliance on wet ground
- n ever use the appliance outside and always place it in a dry
environment to avoid damage of the electric parts.
•.Do not operate any appliance if
- power cord is damaged
- I n case of malfunction or if it has been dropped or damaged
in any manner
• S pecial tools are required to repair the appliance. In any case
ask a (*) competent qualified electrician to check and repair
it.
• S hould the cord be damaged, it must be replaced by .
a competent qualified electrician
(*) to avoid any danger caused by electric current.
(*) C ompetent qualified electrician: after sales department
of the producer or importer or a person who is qualified,
approved and competent to perform this kind of repairs in
order to avoid all danger.
