• A s soon as the beaters (or hooks) will turn, the stirring bowl
will turn also.
• To switch OFF turn into level 0 and unplug.
Ensure to use the right speed. See the recommended values
below:
level 1:
• for doughs and heavy creames
• slowly mixing of dry ingredients
• folding in egg white
• folding in nuts, dry fruit for cookie dough
• stirring sauce
• mixing and stitrring of cake dough
level 2:
• adding dry ingredients
• stirring potato puree
• stirring butter and sugar
level 3:
• stirring soft butter and sugar
• mixing dry and liquid ingredients
• stirring mayonnaise, creames
• stirring filo dough or yeast dough
level 4:
• whipping cream
• stirring butter dough
• stirring bisquit dough
level 5:
• whipping egg white turbo level
• only short term increase of speed (e.g. whipping egg white)
Cleaning and maintenance
Caution danger of electric shock! Always unplug after each
use and before cleaning!
Never immerse the main body, the cord and the plug into
water or any other liquid.
Humidity can damage the electric parts of the unit.
• Always clean the unit after use as it is in contact with food.
• W ipe the housing with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid
intrusion of water into the drive systems to avoid damage.
• R emovable parts can be wiped with a soft, damp cloth. If
necessary use warm water to soak and a drop of dish washer
liquid.
• E nsure to let dry all parts completely after cleaning and before
using again.
• T he beaters and dough hooks and the stirring bowl can be
cleaned in the dishwashing machine also. Never place one of
the other parts in a dish washing machine to avoid damage.
• Store the unit in a dry place not reachable for children.
