2. Intended Use
Every user can easily adapt his testo 6740 transmitter to his requirements using the
scaling adapter (Item no. 0554 3305) and the software.
The scaling adapter is only used to parameterise the testo 6740 transmitter; use in
system control or to parameterise other measuring instruments is not allowed.
The scaling adapter software facilitates
- modification of unit and scale
- setting of operation points, absolute pressure and the user code
- 1 point adjustment (Offset)
- tests on analog output, display, keypad and relay output
- the reading out of the firmware version and serial number
