What to do in case of malfunctions

Files are not being displayed correctly on the portable TV:

The information encoded in the file, the ID3 tag, is being displayed on the portable TV
instead of the file name. You can process this title information with special programs.
The portable TV is no longer responding correctly or cannot be switched on:

Does the battery need charging?

Is there enough memory available?
 If necessary, delete some files.
 Switch off the device and then switch on again.
