First aid in the case of malfunctions

Files are not displayed correctly on the Design TV:

Not the file name, but the information coded in the respective file, the so-called ID tag,
is displayed on the Design TV. You can process this title information with special
software programs.
The Design-TV is no longer reacting correctly or can no longer be
switched on:

Is the battery perhaps empty?

Is sufficient free memory still available?
 Delete some files, if necessary.
 Switch the device off and then on again.
