3 easy steps to assemble your treadmill then you're ready to workout:
A. Place the treadmill in the upright position on a level flat surface.
B. Semi-tighten the Knob (28) by turning it in a clockwise direction into the holes on the
Stand Tube (77), and tighten it by Wrench.
C. Tighten the Spring Knob (20) by turning it in a clockwise direction into the hole on
the Left Stand Tube (84).
