To remove the water on a raise evacuation
you can add the air&me lift pump. Pump it
up could remove 450L/h on a height of 3
meters. With its small size, it could be easily
placed into the tank.

> The socket is not correctly
pluged. Is there a power

machine is blocked by
something.
> The temperature is too low.
> The humidity level is already
low.
> There is anything stuck on
the fan in the air outlet.
> The machine have a
fonctionning problem.
Solution
> Plug correctly the socket with
the right voltage.
Avoid multi-taps.
> Emplty the tank.
> Push the tank in its right position.
> Clear the pre-filter.
> Leave at least 30 cm of space
on the back and sides of the
product, and at least 50 cm of
space above the product.
> Under 15°C the product is in
defrost function. The product
could not works with its optimal
capacity.
> Make sure that any objects could
damage the fan.
> Call your dealer for an after sale
service.
