7- Recording:
Get close to the microphone of the feeder, press "Record" button to record yor voice or some music (10s max), then press "Record"
button to listen to the recording and repeat the recording process if you are not satisfied with it. The recording will be played twice when
serving food.
8- Manual feeding:
You can feed your pet manually at any time by pressing "Start" button. Manual feeding does not affect the fixed feeding program. One
portion of food will be given by pressing "Start" once.
Common troubleshooting:
1- Foods are not served when the set time comes:
Make sure the second indicating light (Remote Control) on the control panel is on when you are setting the program, no matter you are
using the remote control or the control panel.
2- The serving process is not smooth or the feeding amount is not right:
The product is suitable only for foods with diameters within 0.8-2cm. Larger food may cause problems.
3- No display on the screen after switching on the power.
After switching on the power, press the ON/OFF button for a few seconds, the the screen will display. The screen will powered off when
no actions are made within 76s.
