Potential Solution
Check that incoming power is turned on
Twist the Emergency Stop button to release
Close circuit breaker to complete the circuit
Check that wires are connected and firm on the back of the
POWER button as on machine model schematic. Check
that the contactor is engaging when the POWER button is
pressed.
Check that the stop run switch wires inside the control
panel are connected and firm and are engaging and
disengaging when switch is turned.
Check that linkage wires between STOP/RUN switch and
the FWD/REV switches are connected and firm as machine
model schematic
Check that linkage wires between FWD/REV switches and
frequency inverter are firm and correct as machine model
schematic. Check that the contactor is completely
engaging and disengaging when switch is turned.
Check wires into potentiometer, as machine model
schematic. Replace potentiometer if needed.
Check the control panel cable and cable into variable
speed drive terminals for damages
Re-programming required. Machine needs to be checked
by a Husqvarna service agent
