Many thanks for the confidence you placed in Speedlink by choosing the MK27.
The extra robust design together with the variety of functions make the MK27 the
controller you always looked for. In its different modes you find two Hat Switches,
throttle control, and up to six fire buttons.

1.
Close down Windows™ 95/98 and the computer.
2.
Attach the 15-Pin gameport connector of the joystick to gameport 1 of the sound
card or game card.
3.
Restart your computer and Windows™ 95/98.
4.
Insert MK27 driver disk into the floppy drive.
5.
From the START-menu, choose "RUN" and then type "A:/setup".
6.
Follow the instructions of the setup program.
7.
From the START-menu, choose "SETTINGS" and then "CONTROL PANEL".
8.
Click on the "GAMECONTROLLER" icon.
9.
Select "ADD" and choose one of the three different"Speedlink MK27 Joystick"
drivers, then click "OK".

After clicking OK the general screen will appear with the selected driver listed.

Now choose "PROPERTIES" and than" CALIBRATE".

Once in the calibration utility, follow the on-screen instructions.
After gaming device has been calibrated, choose "TEST" to verify the gaming
device has been calibrated properly.

Select "APPLY" and then "OK" before exiting.

Windows™ 3.x and MS-DOS games that support gaming devices have their own device dri-
vers integrated into the software. Each Windows" 3.x and MS-DOS game configures the
gamepad differently. You will need to refer to the game manual for calibration.
Note: If the game has not been set up for the use of a gaming device, the game will default
to the keyboard and mouse.
