Return to home mode is only available when there are no less than 6 GPS satellites displayed on
the remote control. Press Return to home mode button for 1.5 seconds to activate the function;
Press again to stop the Return to home mode.
GPS and Return to home functions only available outdoors.
pHoto / ViDeo
Insert the Micro SD card into the drone, before using
the Photo / Video function.
Press the Photo / Video button for 0.5 second to take
photos.
Press the Photo / Video button for 1.5 second to record
videos and press againt to save a video.
Do not remove Micro SD card when video
recording is active.

GpS poSitioninG/ HoMe point SettinG
1. GPS works only when the GPS signal has no less than 6 satellites.
2. Home point (take-off position) is recorded when the motors are started GPS is active.
3. You should be in an open place to search for GPS satellites. It will take up to few minutes to finish searching, and the GPS signal strength depends on the flying
environment.
*The term of "Home point" is referred to the take-off position of the drone.
RetURn to HoMe MoDe
Press the Return to home button for 1.5 seconds, and the drone will enter into this mode. The
flight control system will control the drone to fly back to the home point(take-off position) and land
automatically. Press the button again for 1.5 seconds to exit Return to home mode.
faiL-Safe MoDe
The drone will enter Fail-safe mode when the connection is lost from the remote control. The flight control system will control the drone to return to the home point and
land automatically. Fail-safe mode helps to avoid injuries or damage.
ciRcUMStanceS tHat actiVate faiL-Safe MoDe
1. Remote control is turned off.
2. The flight distance is beyond the range of the remote controller's signal transmission.
3. The remote controller's signal is interrupted by strong electronic interference.
To ensure that the X9100 can return safely to its home point when the GPS signal is lost, fly the X9100 in a safe flying area.
If the quantity of GPS satellites drops below six for more than 20 seconds while the X9100 is returning home, the drone will descend automatically.
The X9100 will not avoid obstacles automatically while in Fail-Safe mode.
