Schrittweise Inbetriebnahme

1. Die Einstellpotentiometer Einschaltmoment (M) und
Hochlauframpe (H/R) mittig einstellen.
2. Mit Potentiometer (M) gewünschtes Einschaltmoment
justieren. Drehen im Uhrzeigersinn erhöht das
Moment.
3. Mit Potentiometer (H/R) gewünschte Hoch- und Auslauf-
rampe justieren. Drehen im Uhrzeigersinn erhöht die
Beschleunigung.
4. Einstellung überprüfen. Zur Minimierung der Anlaufbe-
lastung für Motor und Anlaufgerät sollten beide Potentio-
meter möglichst weit nach rechts eingestellt werden.
Störungen, Fehlersuche

Step-by-step putting into operation

1. Turn potentiometers for starting torque (M) and
run-up ramp (H/R) to their mid position.
2. Adjust switch-on torque with potentiometer (M) as
required. Clockwise rotation increases switch-on
torque.
3. Adjust required ramp-up and ramp-down with potentio-
meter (H/R). Clockwise rotation increases acceleration.
4. Check settings. Both potentiometers should be adjusted
as for clockwise as possible to minimize the thermal
loading of the motor and soft-start module during
starting.
