Power Switch
INITIAL USE
Before using it for the first time, clean the grill plate and the wok pans with a wet cloth. Switching the
device on for the first time might lead to minor smell and smoke emittance. As this is a regular process
(grease that may have stuck to the heating elements during the manufacturing process burns off, caus-
ing a little smoke). Nevertheless we recommend you heat the device up for about 10 minutes without
having any food on the grill.
WOK
Put the wok grill in the middle of the table and use it like you would use a fondue or a raclette: chop
meat, vegetables, seafood, fish and so on into small pieces that you serve on several plates. Let your
guests choose what to wok. You can literally fry or cook any food in the wok pans.
Enjoy your dinner!
BAKING/GRILLING
You can also use the round circles on the grill plate for baking eggs or pancakes. Also you can grill your
larger pieces of meat on these circles.
CLEANING
Before cleaning the device, unplug it and wait for it to cool down. Wipe the inside and the edges with a
paper tissue or a soft cloth. Wipe the outdide with only a slightly moistened cloth ensuring that no mois-
ture, oil or grease gets in through the cooling slots. Do not clean the inside or outside with any abrasive
scouring pad or steel wool as this will damage the finish. Do not immerse the appliance in water or any
other liquid.
