VG-64 oder ein Absolut Vakuum Messgerät Nr. 19621 (siehe REFCO Katalog). Reset Es wird empfohlen nach ca. 40 bis 50 Betriebsstunden ein Reset durchzu- führen um fehlerhafte Messwerte zu vermeiden.
