SAFETY AND SET-UP _________________________
Always use the appliance on a stable, flat, clean, dry, and non-slip

surface.
Make sure that there is no danger that the power cord could be

accidentally pulled or that someone could trip over it when the
appliance is in use.
Position the appliance in such a way that the plug is always ac-
█
cessible.
The blade unit is very sharp! Handle the blade unit with utmost
█
care, especially during cleaning, in order to avoid injuries.
Do not use the appliance if the blade unit is damaged or shows
█
signs of wear.
Never clean the appliance with your bare hands.
█
Never try to use the appliance without the lid.
█
Do not attempt to remove the lid until the blades have completely
█
stopped.
A spatula may be used to remove the ingredients from the glass
█
jug. The appliance must be switched off before doing this.
Never operate the appliance for longer than necessary for process-
█
ing the food.
Remove bones and stones from food to prevent the blade unit and
█
the appliance from being damaged.
This appliance is only intended for short periods of use and should
█
only be in continuous use for maximum 1 minute. After use, let the
appliance cool down sufficiently.
Do not crush big pieces of ice cubes with the appliance, crush only
█
small ice cubes.
Switch off the appliance and disconnect from supply before chang-
█
ing accessories or approaching parts that move in use.
