- Never carry, pull or twist the heating blanket by the mains lead and do not allow the lead to
become tangled or snagged.
- Do not repair the heating blanket yourself in the event of damage or malfunction. Only have
repairs carried out by an authorized specialist dealer or suitably qualified personnel.
- The heating blanket may only be operated with its special control unit.
- When storing the appliance, allow it to cool down before folding. When storing, do not place any
objects on the electric blanket to prevent buckling.
Health tips and recommendations
- Should you have any concerns about health issues, consult your doctor before using the heating
blanket.
- Should you experience persistent pains in the muscles and joints, please inform your doctor.
Persistent pains can be a symptom of serious illness.
- If you experience any pain or discomfort while using the unit, stop using it immediately.
1 Selecting temperature
To operate the device, first connect the switch to the electric blanket by plugging in the connector.
Plug the power cord into the mains outlet. The electric blanket heats up most quickly when you
initially set the highest temperature level. We recommend than selecting the lowest temperature
level when using the blanket for several hours.
2 Temperature settings
Level: 0 = Off
1= Low heat
2= Middle heat
3= High heat
3 Automatic switch-off function
The electric blanket is automatically switched off after approx. 3 hours. To switch on the electric
blanket again, first select the position « 0 », and then after approximately 5 seconds the desired
temperature level.

MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE

- Always disconnect the power plug from the socket outlet before cleaning the electric blanket.
- Before washing, unplug it from the mains outlet and let it cool down.
- Unplug the control switch unit from the heating blanket using the connector on the underside.
- Please note that the electric blanket may not be dry cleaned, wrung out, dried by machine,
pressed or ironed.
- The electric blanket may be washed by hand according to the instructions on the label. Never
immerse the control switch unit in water as moisture must not be allowed to get into unit.
- In case of heavier soiling, this electric blanket can be washed in a washing machine.
- Set the washing machine to a particularly gentle, 30 C cycle (woollens programme). Use a wool
laundry detergent and follow the manufacturer's instructions.
- To dry, lay the electric blanket flat on a moisture-absorbent towel or mat. When the electric
blanket is completely dry, it should be reconnected to the control switch unit in correct manner.
The electric blanket may only be operated with its special control unit.
- When storing the appliance, allow it to cool down before folding. Store the electric blanket in a
clean and dry place.
- When storing, do not place any objects on the electric blanket to prevent buckling.
