Function
Field strength measurement
The current field strength is indicated on the handset by means of five
signals of differing pitch, the highest pitch indicating the best recepti-
on. This ensures optimum set-up of the aerial for the base station.
A CLIP-compatible telephone can be used to read the current setting
of the different parameters.
Parameter query
After entering the relevant parameter code and confirming this with
, replace the telephone handset. You will then receive a call from

the distybox and the parameter code and the current status will be
shown on the display.

Limitation of traffic
Incoming and outgoing calls can be made.
Only incoming calls can be received.
Only outgoing calls can be made. This setting is useful, for example, if
you have connected an entrance intercom to the distybox to prevent
exchange calls ringing on the entrance intercom.
