Inbetriebnahme
Der Abschäumer muss senkrecht stehen, dies ist
entscheidend für die Effektivität und Voraussetzung für
einen geringen Geräuschpegel des Gerätes.
Zirkulationspumpe (1) in Betrieb nehmen. Das Wasser
im Behälter steigt bis zum Ausgangsrohr und fließt in den
Postfilter (2).
DOC Skimmer einschalten, Luftschraube komplett
aufdrehen. Der Comline DOC Skimmer 9004 ist ab Werk
®
schon voreingestellt und bringt immer seine maximale
Effektivität.
Wichtig! Bei erster Inbetriebnahme ist es möglich, dass
der Abschäumer überkocht. In diesem Fall sollte die
Luftleistung reduziert werden. Dazu Schlauchklemme
einfach etwas zudrehen (3), bis eine Verbesserung der
Abschäumung eintritt. Erst nach einer Startphase von
einigen Tagen tritt eine normale Schaumwirkung ein, die
Schlauchklemme kann wieder geöffnet werden.

Initial operation

The skimmer has to be upright, which is decisive for the
efficiency, and is the pre-requisite for a low noise level
of the unit.
Take the circulation pump (1) in operation. The water in
the container rises up to the outlet pipe and flows into the
post-filter (2).
Switch on the DOC Skimmer, open the air control
completely. The Comline DOC Skimmer 9004 has been

pre-set in the works of the manufacturer and always
produces its maximum effectiveness.
Important note! During the initial operation it is possible
that the skimmer boils over. In this case the air input
should be reduced. For this, close the air clamp slightly
(3) until the skimming action improves. After an initial
phase of some days a normal skimming action can be
expected and the air clamp can be opened again.
Mise en service
L'écumeur doit être parfaitement vertical, ceci est
déterminant pour le bon fonctionnement et le faible
niveau sonore de l'appareil.
Mettez la pompe de circulation (1) en service. L'eau
monte dans le réservoir jusqu'au tuyau de sortie et
s'écoule dans le Postfilter (2).
Mettez le DOC Skimmer en service, ouvriez
complètement la réglage d'air. Comline DOC Skimmer
®
9004 est préréglé d'usine et fonctionne toujours à sa
capacité d'épuration maximale.
Important ! Lors d'une première mise en service, il
est possible que la production de bulles d'air soit trop
importante, nous conseillons alors de réduire le débit
d'air. Pour cela, réduisez le réglage de l'étrangleur (3).
Après une période de rodage de quelques jours, les
conditions d'écumage s'améliorent et l'étrangleur peut
être à nouveau complètement ouvert.
