Keypad
The keypad has 8 keys. The main functions of each key are outlined below. The keys may have secondary func-
tions determined by pressing them together with other keys and by length of pressing.

Keypad functionality and user interface
By pressing the (1) "POWER SUPPLY 0/1" key, the oven goes into"Standby"mode while waiting to be started.
The machine is activated by holding the (4) "ON/OFF - SET H
functions to be set quickly with consequent cycle start-up.
It is possible to set 5 parameters:
1. Cooking temperature
2. Cooking time
3. Stop needle probe temperature (where envisioned)
4. Amount of water flow (through the percentage of the injection cycle) (where envisioned)
