 HOW TO USE YOUR BLENDER
o
Before you plug it into the mains, make sure that the switch is at "0".
o
The blender jar goes on the motor base, turn it clockwise and it will click into place
and then add the ingredients inside.
o
If you want to mix or blend solid foodstuffs, e.g. carrots, cuts these to approx. 1cm
pieces and blend them with a little water/liquid to ease the process. All you have to
do is take off the measuring cup that is on the blender's lid (E) and pour in the liquid.
o
Chop up ice cubes to approx. 2cm.
o
Make sure that the contents in the blender jar do not exceed the specified level (max.
300 ml.).
o
This appliance has three settings: Level I, Level II and a pulse setting "P".
o
You reach maximum speed instantly on the "P" setting.
o
To crush ice cubes, we recommend that you do not fill the blender jar more than 1/4
full and crush the ice to the size you want in short bursts using the "P" setting.
 CLEANING
o
Before you carry out any cleaning always pull out the mains plug.
o
The blender jar can be rinsed out with water.
o
CAUTION: The knife blades are very sharp, so do not hold them with your fingers. The
motor base must not be immersed in water, instead simply wipe it with a damp cloth.
 DISPOSAL
o
For proper disposal, please return device to a retailer, a service agent or Rotel AG.
o
European Directive 2012/19/EC concerning Waste Electrical and Electronic
Equipment (WEEE) states that household appliances should not be disposed of using
the normal solid urban waste cycle. Exhausted appliances should be collected
separately in order to optimise the cost of re-using and recycling materials comprising
the machine, while preventing potential damage to public health and the
environment. The crossed-out wheeled bin symbol appears on all products to remind
owners of the obligations regarding separate waste collection. Owners should
contact their local authorities or appliance dealers for further information concerning
the correct disposal of household appliances.
