5. Telephone support and charger
• The product has a support for a telephone, positioned on the right side above the main power switch. To use the
support, simply rotate it clockwise through 90° (figure 10).
• A telephone can be charged using the 5V 2A USB port located above the main power switch. Open the protective
cap and connect the USB cable that is suitable for your device (figure 11-A).
• The underside of the support has an opening that allows the cable to pass through for charging your device, using
the USB port (figure 11-B).
6. Command description and functioning
• The heater is fitted with a double pole electromechanical ON/OFF switch on its right side. Switching off the pro-
duct the supply voltage is disconnected from all the internal components.
• The following controls are available on the front panel (picture 12):
A - Display
B - Show and increase
C - Show and decrease
D - Functioning modes selector / Settings
E - Programmed mode
F - Turbo mode
G - On / Stand-by
H - Programmed mode led light
I - Turbo mode led light
K - Functioning led light
This towel warmer may work according to 3 different functioning modes which are described below:
Automatic Mode
The towel warmer can work in automatic mode to reach and maintain one of the following temperatures:
- Comfort temperature (set by the user);
- Eco temperature (equal to Comfort - 3,5°C);
- Frost free temperature (fixed to 7°C).
In addition to the listed modes the product can also be set to:
- Activate for 60min the heating of the front surface only to heat/dry the towels;
- Follow the commands coming from an external pilot wire control unit (only for versions without plug. Pilot
wire control unit not provided).
Programmed Mode
The product can be programmed, on hour base, for each day of the week. For each hour of the day it is possible to
define the reference temperature to be reached/maintained, choosing between Comfort, Eco or Frost free.
In programmed mode the the open window detection function is disabled so that the product can correctly
follow the temperature profile defined by the user.
Turbo Mode
The product works for the preset period switching on both the radiant front surface and the integrated fan heater. The
functioning is continuous and not controlled by the thermostat or dependent by the temperature previously set. At the
end of the preset time the product goes into the Stand-by mode.
7. Leds color
• There are 3 different led lights on the product:
• Led light to the left of the Programmed mode button (picture 12-H)
- The led is red when the Programmed mode is activated. It is switched off when the Programmed mode is
disabled.
• Led light to the left of the Turbo mode button (picture 12-I)
- The led is red when the Turbo mode mode is activated. It is switched off when the Turbo mode is disabled.
• Led light to the left of the ON / Stand-by button (picture 12-K)
- The led is red when the product is ON and it is heating;
- The led is green when the product is ON but it is not heating;
- The led is switched off when the product is in Stand-by.
