Troubleshooting

Symptom
No water from the faucet
Water flow doesn't stop
Water flow has diminished
Temperature can't be adjusted
Spare part instructions
Changing the battery (Lithium 2CR5 6V)
A blinking signal light on the sensor indicates that the battery needs to be changed.
– Close the water inlet.
– Change the battery (7) as shown in figure 9.
Changing the solenoid valve
– Close the water inlet.
– Change the solenoid valve (7) as shown in figure 10.
Cleaning/changing the solenoid valve membrane
– Close the water inlet.
– Clean the membrane (7) or if necesary change for a new one as shown in figure 11.
Changing the mixer
– Close the water inlet.
– Change the mixer (7) as shown in figure 12.
Changing the sensor
– Close the water inlet.
– Change the sensor (8) as shown in figure 13.
Cause
– Check the water inlet to the faucet
– Aerator is obstructed
– Litter filters are blocked
– Battery is flat (signal light blinks) or not connected
– Solenoid valve is damaged
– Sensor lenses are dirty
– Solenoid valve membrane is dirty
– Solenoid valve is damaged
– Water flow has been diminished in the pipework
– Aerator is dirty
– Litter filters are dirty
– Mixer is damaged
– Litter filters are dirty
