Operation; Maintenance - Aerfast CRT4 Anleitung

• Before plugging-in the device:
 Check for compressor and piping capacities;
 The flexible pipe should not be too long (rubber pipe 3 to 4 m max.);
 Check that equipment filter, lubricator and pressure regulator are working properly;
Oil for lubricator: 3-5 drops / Nm

• Fill the loader:
 Load a staples strip, on the slider with the staple-pusher in the forward position;
 Pull the staples pusher backward until it arrives behind the staples strip;
 Gently release until contact with staples;
 Plug-in air supply, the tool is ready to use.
VERY IMPORTANT - EVERY DAY:
•
Evacuate all dust, glue and staple fragments inside jaws and staples loader.
VERY IMPORTANT - Every 50000 CYCLES:
(see exploded views for oil/grease references)
•
Lubricate mechanical parts after cleaning them.
•
Oil the valve part and the piston part.
•
Ensure of right status and well tightening of parts.
CAUTION!
•
Before disassembly, always disconnect air supply!
•
When reassembling the device, lubricate the moving parts and oil seals.
•
When reassembling the device, put Loctite
to vibration.
•
Use staples from the manufacturer.
