USB/SD/AUX and Reset Function
1 Open the cover with the USB symbol on the control panel
2 Plug the USB device into the USB slot. The unit will start playback from the USB device automati-
cally.
NOTE: Make sure the USB device contains playable music.
Removing the USB device
First switch the unit off by pressing and holding the POWER / MUTE button for a long time. Then you
can remove the USB device from the slot.
Inserting the memory card
1 Press the OPEN button on the control panel.
2 Press the left side of the control panel to the right. Then, pull the control panel toward you to re-
lease it from the chassis.
3 Insert the memory card into the SD slot until you hear a click sound.
4 Close the control panel. The unit automatically starts playback from the SD memory card.
Removing the memory card
Switch the unit off. Press the SD card slightly until you hear a click sound. The card is now loosened and
can be easily pulled out.
If the signal from the current radio station is too weak, you can switch
on the AF function, which automatically switches the unit to search
for other stations with better signal but with the same RDS program.
Press and hold the MENU button to enter the system menu and turn
the volume control to turn the AF (ON) or OFF (OFF).
If you do not want to miss a traffic announcement while listening
to music, you can switch on the TA function (traffic announcements
function). Press and hold the MENU button to enter the system menu
and turn the volume control to turn the TA function ON or OFF.
TA ON: When there is a traffic announcement, this automatically
switches to the radio mode with the corresponding station with the
information about the current traffic situation, completely in the
same mode you were in before. When the traffic announcement is
over, the unit automatically returns to the previous mode.
