1.0 Introduction
Dear reader,
These repair instructions are intended for specialists .
This document serves as reference material for the proper maintenance, service and repair of the Rotor Vitamat INOX
RVI Juice extractor.
ATTENTION!
Many problems with juicers are due to insufficient cleaning of the basket.
Advice: The machine is giving the best juice yield, when the centrifugal basket is laying in water (with
detergent) during the night.
Use casually a decalcifier or vinegar for best effect.
The grating disc shall be replaced every year.
Pushing with to much of force reduces yield.
The repair instructions are constantly being updated with new information. With each relevant change to the
document, the date is changed and an index entry is added.
The document is divided according to the machine assembly type, and all types can be accessed directly via the
table of contents.
A blank column for notes has been provided on most pages.
Space for notes is also available at the end of the document.

Reparaturanleitung / Repair instructions
A six digit appliance number is printed on the rating plate located on the bottom plate
of the machine.
The first two digits indicate the year of manufacture for that machine.
