    Sehr geehrte/r Leser/in, Diese Reparaturanleitung ist für Fachleute bestimmt. Das Dokument dient als Nachschlagewerk zur korrekten Ausführung von Wartung, Unterhalt und Instandsetzung der Saft-Zentrifuge Rotor Vitamat INOX (RVI). WICHTIG! Viele Probleme mit Saftzentrifugen entstehen bei mangelhafter Reinigung des Schleuderkorbes. Tipp: Am meisten Saft produziert die Maschine, wenn der Schleuderkorb zur Reinigung immer durch die Nacht in Wasser (mit Reinigungsmittel) gelegt wird.

Zur Demontage des kompletten Lagerflanschs (3) die 6 Befestigungsschrauben (4) lösen. Für die Demontage der Kupplungshälfte ein Drehherz (1) W5-1210.250 wie abgebildet an der Kupplung festschrauben.

Den Labyrinthdichtring 2.) 1210.252 einpressen und danach die RVI Antriebswelle kpl 3.) 1210.255 von oben einstecken.

Disassemble the bearing asm. (3) by the 6 countersunk screws (4). To disassemble the clutch, screw the driving dog (lathe drive carrier) (1) W5-1210.250 on the clutch.
