Rotor Vitamat Inox RVI
- Pressing the upper ball bearing 1.) 270.43.09 in the
RVI bearing housing with using the
press tool W1-1210.250.
- Pressing the labirinth seal 2.) 1210.252 and
then insert the RVI drive shaft asm.3.) 1210.255
from above.
- Place the RVI bearing housing on the head and insert
the distance sleeve 4.) 1210.260, the Ball bearing com-
pensating disc d42mm 5.) 270.91.01.
- Pressing the lower ball bearing 6.) 270.43.09 with using
the press tool W2-1210.250.
- The parallel key 7.) 276.70.23 fit into the provided slot in
the RVI drive shaft.
- Insert the RVI brake disc 8.) 1210.265 on the
RVI drive shaft.
The claw coupling half 9) 1110.328 to drive screw on
-
shaft end and with driving dog (lathe drive carrier)
W5-1210.250 and the tool W4-1210.250 in clock-
clockwise tightening (see chapter 2.1.1).
