1b Assembly of rear bracket (Briab)
Coat the conical rubber bushings (2) with tyre-fi tting paste or some other water-soluble lubri-
cant.
NOTE! Mineral oil must not be used.
Lightly oil the complete screw and the surface between the washers (3) and the conical bush-
ings. Line up the rear drawbar bracket in the trailer mounting bracket and fi t the parts as shown
in the fi gure. Do not tighten to full torque yet. Further tightening is done after the drawbar has
been centred.
Make sure that the front and rear sidemem-
bers are parallel. Fit spacers and fi ve M14x130
screws, min. quality 8.8, in the last fi ve holes in
the front part.. Washers should be used under
both the screw head and nut. The screws are
positioned as shown in the fi gure. Do not tight-
en to full torque yet. Further tightening is done
after the drawbar has been centred.
