1 GENERAL INFORMATION
1.1 Introduction
Dear Customer,
First of all we wish to thank you for the trust placed in us by purchasing one of our products. Please read and carefully follow the advice given in
this installation, use and maintenance manual in order make best use of the product.
1.2 Using the manual
The Manufacturer reserves the right to make technical or aesthetic changes to the products at any time without notice.
Installation, use and maintenance of the UTILITY display must meet the requirements described in this manual as well as the applicable laws and
regulations; also, in being a product used for a heating unit manufactured by FERROLI, reference must be made to its installation manual.
The drawings, measurements, diagrams and any other configurations are given only by way of example.
If the unit is sold or moved to another place, always make sure the manual stays with the UTILITY display so that the new owner and/or the
installer can consult it. If lost or damaged, ask the Authorized Service Center for a copy so that the unit and the remotable display always have
their own manual.
This symbol indicates the presence of an important message; failure to pay attention to it can result in serious damage to the
UTILITY display and even injury to people.

Installation, the electrical connection, testing and maintenance must be carried out by a qualified and/or authorized technician.

the user's safety and relieves the manufacturer of any civil and criminal liability.

Only use original replacement parts recommended by the manufacturer.
The manufacturer declines any liability for problems, damage or accidents caused by failure to follow or apply the instructions
contained in this manual.
1.4 Technical description
The UTILITY display enables the remote monitoring and control of proprietary pellet-burning units such as: hot air heating stoves, ducted and
non-ducted stoves, heating stoves, inserts and boilers. The display consists of a touch-screen which shows the main information of the
connected unit; it works through proprietary powerline communication bus, allowing the transmission of data and power to the device through the
same cable.
