9 Troubleshooting

WARNING
Problem
Pump not running
Pump is making noises
Malfunctioning pumps can be returned to the manufacturer's address. The manufacturer will refuse to accept
packages with unpaid shipping or invoices for repair. The manufacturer grants a two-year guarantee under the
condition of correct installation and proper use.
10 Disposal
This product and parts thereof must be disposed of in an environmentally friendly way. Corresponding local
regulations must be observed.
11 The TP1 condensate pump complies with the following European standards:
EN 60 335-1 + EN 60 335-2-51 (Safety of electrical systems)
EN 55 014-1 + EN 55 014-2 (Electromagnetic compatibility)

Cause
- Not connected or connected incorrectly
- Pump to hot, overheating protection active
- Pump blocked
- Not thoroughly deaerated
- Foreign body in pump
- Worn bearing
Solution
- Connect correctly
- Wait until the pump cools, pump
re-starts automatically
