    8. Nettoyage, stockage, élimination Après chaque utilisation, nettoyez la pointe du capteur. Utilisez à cet effet un chiffon mou ou un coton-tige que vous aurez imbibé de désinfectant, d’alcool ou d’eau tiède. Pour nettoyer l’appareil entièrement, utilisez un chiffon mou légère- ment imbibé d’une lessive de savon doux. Il ne doit en aucun cas y avoir pénétration d’eau dans l’appareil. Toutefois, si de l’eau péné- trait dans l’appareil, retirez immédiatement la pile. Avant d’utiliser l’appareil, attendez qu’il soit complètement sec. N’utilisez aucun nettoyant agressif. Ne plongez jamais l’appareil dans l’eau. Pour ranger le thermomètre, mettez toujours l’embout de protection afin de protéger la pointe du capteur. L’appareil ne doit être ni stocké ni utilisé dans les conditions suivantes : température ou hygrométrie élevées ou faibles (voir les spécifications techniques), ensoleillement direct, contact avec un courant électrique ou endroit poussiéreux.
