36. Always keep the mains cable away from the sphere of activity of
the device and guide it backwards away from the device.
37. RISK OF BURNING! The device gets very hot particularly at the
nozzle ① . Only touch the device on the handle!
38. Do not touch the melted hot glue or hot workpieces. Allow the
melted hot glue to cool down for at least 5 minutes.
39. It is essential to allow the device to cool down before changing
any components or cleaning, checking or storing the device.
40. Do not allow the hot glue to come into contact with people or
animals. In the event of contact with the skin, hold the affected
area under cold running water for a few minutes.
41. RISK OF FIRE! When not using the device, always place the hot
glue gun on the supplied wire stand or base station on a level and
stable surface.
42. The surrounding conditions should be adapted to fit the device
and the task. Do not use this device for heavy duty work.
43. A workpiece secured in place with a clamping device or vice is
more secure than one held with your hand.
44. Also observe the safety instructions issued by the manufacturer
of the hot glue sticks when gluing items.
